Short Description:

This system calibrates and verifies flow meters (DN25–DN100) using light liquid hydrocarbons (viscosity ≤100 mm²/s) as the test medium, enabling comprehensive performance testing of flow instruments.

As a multifunctional oil flow analysis platform, it supports:

  1. Multiple calibration methodologies
  2. Testing across diverse media, temperatures, viscosities, and densities
  3. Compliance with China’s requirements for participation in the CIPM Key Comparisons on liquid hydrocarbon flow metrology

Technical Highlights:

  • China’s first system addressing the critical gap in real-flow measurement technology for light liquid hydrocarbons (viscosity: 1–10 cSt) at flow rates of 5–30 L/s.
  • Achieves high-accuracy flow reproduction via the Static Gravimetric Method, supplemented by the Dynamic Gravimetric Method and Standard Pipe Prover techniques.
  • Supports both open and closed-loop processes.
