Features

● High-precision control instrument, segmented calibration, material characteristic memory correction technology, to ensure accurate flow measurement and control over the entire range.

● The batching system can be automatically controlled and adjusted according to the total amount and proportion determined by the user.

● RS485 or DP (optional) communication interface, connected with the upper computer for remote control.

● Automatic alarm for the material shortage, material blocking, and arc gate failure.

● Pneumatic diaphragm drives the arc-shaped material door, which automatically resets and closes the material door when the power is off to prevent the material from flowing out of the warehouse and damage the measuring element and the mixing and conveying equipment below.

● When one of the equipment fails or the silo is out of material, the remaining equipment will automatically shut down.
