Precautions for using stainless steel rectangular weights

Many industries need to use weights when working in factories. Heavy capacity stainless steel weights are often made into a rectangular type, which is more convenient and labor-saving. As a weight with a high frequency of use, stainless steel weights are available. What are the precautions?

Although stainless steel weights are made in the shape of a handle, you must not use your hands directly during use, you need to wear special gloves to take it. Before use, you need to clean the surface of the stainless steel weight with a special cleaning brush and silk cloth to ensure that the surface of the weight is free of dirt and dust. In the process of use, it is necessary to ensure the use environment of the weights, preferably at a constant temperature. For E1 and E2 weights, the temperature of the laboratory needs to be controlled at 18 to 23 degrees, otherwise the test results will be inaccurate.

Stainless steel weights should be stored and maintained after use. After the weights are wiped clean with medical alcohol, they are naturally air-dried and placed in the original weight box. The number of weights in the box should be counted regularly, and the surface of the weight should be checked. Clean, if there are stains or dust, wipe it with a clean silk cloth before storing. In order to prevent stainless steel weights from accumulating dust, do not store the weights in a dusty and humid environment to prevent the environment from affecting the life of the weights.

In addition, it is necessary to make a record of the verification of stainless steel weights. For weights that are used frequently, they should be sent to a professional verification agency for verification on a regular basis according to the situation. If there is any doubt about the performance of stainless steel weights, they should be submitted for inspection in time
