The Use and Maintenance of Weighing Equipment

The electronic scale is a weighing and measuring tool when receiving and sending goods. Its accuracy not only affects the quality of goods receiving and sending, but also directly affects the vital interests of users and the interests of the company. In the process of practical application, some electronic scales will have some questions, mainly due to improper use methods and improper maintenance, and these questions generally lead to disputes with users. Therefore, it is necessary for salespersons to master some basic knowledge about electronic scales in their daily work, so as to accurately use and maintain them at work.

Precise placement is the first step in the precise measurement of electronic scales. The electronic scale should be placed on a horizontal and stable tabletop. Paper and other items should not be placed under the scale. Using it on a tilted or swaying tabletop will affect the reading of the electronic scale. Therefore, whether the electronic scale is placed horizontally or not will affect the accuracy.

Before using the electronic scale of the weighing instrument to weigh the items, if it is found that the mercury bubble on the panel of the electronic scale violates the orientation of the base, it means that the electronic scale is not in a horizontal condition. In this case, you need to adjust the levelness of the disk surface first. The height of the four scale feet of the electronic scale can be adjusted by rotating, and the scale feet can be adjusted manually to keep the mercury bubble on the panel in the middle position, so that the levelness of the weighing pan can be guaranteed, and then the weighing accuracy can be ensured.

In addition to accurate use, the regular maintenance of electronic scales is also very important. There are three pawls under the weighing pan of the electronic scale. The pawls are in contact with the rubber legs of the load cell on the scale body. The absence and damage of the pawls and the rubber legs of the sensor will cause the weighing pan to tilt, resulting in inaccurate weighing, so it should pay special attention when using electronic scales to the maintenance of these active and wearing parts. In normal work, the electronic scale should be handled with care. Violent vibration will cause the pawl and the sensor rubber legs to loosen and fall. Therefore, various bumps and falls should be avoided, and they should not be thrown together during the transfer process. In addition, do not stick various labels or stickers on the weighing pan, which will also result in inaccurate weighing. When the electronic scale is not in use, do not accumulate debris on the weighing pan.

The electronic scale belongs to the precise measurement, and non-professionals cannot disassemble it at will. If the electronic scale is found to be abnormal and cannot be used normally, it must be repaired in time, and should be checked and repaired by professional. Please do not disassemble and assemble the parts of the electronic scale by yourself.
