Overload Control Station Management System
1. Data Display Subsystem
The LED display shows the license plate number, number of axles, maximum axle load, and actual vehicle load in real time. It displays “Please proceed” for compliant vehicles and “Please accept inspection” for overloaded vehicles, with synchronized voice prompts.
2. Image Capture and Video Surveillance
When a vehicle enters the weighing area, the system automatically captures images of the license plate, vehicle front, and vehicle rear, while simultaneously recording video for monitoring and future reference.
3. Overload Control Station Management System Software
The software integrates license plate recognition, data acquisition, intelligent control, data comparison, data query, export, and report printing. It automatically controls the weighing process through a PLC, compares weighing results with national standards, determines overload status, and coordinates image capture, voice prompts, signal lights, and vehicle management to improve weighing efficiency and traffic control.
