ZDG Multi-Platform Axle Scale

Short Description:

JIAJIA has launched a new highway weighing and system platform. The weighing system incorporates dedicated load cells that actively and accurately identify and compensate for various cheating behaviors such as bump weighing, drag weighing, jump weighing, S-shaped driving, and lane deviation. It controls dedicated day-night cameras to fully record the passage process of each vehicle, enabling data sharing with the system platform, capture cameras, etc. This forms a complete set of vehicle weighing information including vehicle weight, axle type, axle load, license plate, front and rear vehicle photos, weighing process video, and non-standard weighing behaviors. The system is equipped with a provincial-level full road network axle load scale monitoring and management platform, allowing all data to be remotely monitored.

A multi-platform dynamic axle load scale is a vehicle weighing device that measures individual axle weights using multiple consecutive platforms and accumulates the axle/group weights to obtain the total vehicle weight. The multi-platform dynamic axle load scale is specifically designed for vehicle weighing at highway toll stations, overload control stations, and similar locations. This product comprehensively and effectively addresses various methods and scenarios of abnormal vehicle weighing, significantly improving measurement accuracy and the accuracy of vehicle type identification (axles, axle groups, etc.). The system incorporates fault prediction and maintenance functions; during routine operation, it actively monitors various operating statuses, performs pre-diagnosis of common faults, and arranges operationand maintenance accordingly, greatly reducing system operation and maintenance costs.

1.  Multi-Platform Axle Scale

The Multi-Platform Axle Scale features a single-platform design with two standard size options: 3500 × 1000 mm and 4200 × 1000 mm. The platform width can be adjusted based on the actual lane width and specific application requirements. The effective weighing length refers to the direction of vehicle travel.

2. Load Cell
The sensing system consists of multiple load cells, each independentlyconnected to a port of the display controller without the need forsecondary connections via devices such as junction boxes, whichenables the system to independently monitor data from each load cells.
