Short Description:

The system mainly consists of an HD video surveillance system, a dynamic weighing system, an information display system, and a pre-inspection management system.The dynamic weighing system can perform dynamic weighing on moving vehicles, and for vehicles passing through the system, it can detect in real-time information such as total vehicle weight, axle load, number of axles, and speed. The license plate recognition system can identify license plate numbers in real-time and combine the plate number, vehicle weight, axle load, overload rate, speed, and other information with checkpoint capture images, providing effective enforcement evidence for lateruse. The vehicle license plate information is sent to the information dissemination system to alert drivers of overloaded vehicles to undergo inspection.

1. HD Video Surveillance System

The video surveillance system can record the process of vehicles passing through the weighing area in real time and save the video recordings.

2. Multi-Platform Axle Scale

Provides a four-platform solution, effectively preventing various cheating behaviors such as bump weighing, drag weighing, jump weighing, S-shaped driving, and lane deviation.

3. Intelligent Control Software

The weighing data is compared with national standards. If the vehicle is not overloaded, a prompt “Please proceed”is displayed. If the vehicle is overloaded, a prompt “Vehicle overloaded, please accept inspection” is displayed, and weighing data is shown in red.
